Ministerial conflict of interest review

The Northern Territory (NT) Government is conducting a comprehensive review of Ministerial conflict of interest controls.

The review aims to enhance corporate policy, practices, and procedures, improve Ministerial conflict of interest controls and provide greater transparency for Territorians.

Former Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Corporate and Digital Development, Ms Kathleen Robinson PSM, will lead the review and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet.

The review commenced on 13 February 2024.

A final report will be provided to the NT Government by 30 April 2024.
