The Decision Maker
A decision maker is a person with the legal responsibility for making decisions for the deceased persons.

The Deceased
If you are arranging a burial on country or arranging a burial in a burial ground, there will be questions about the deceased person.

Burial Site
If you need to arrange a burial outside a cemetery, you must submit a burial notification. This will help to keep records for the next of kin and future generations. Read more about burials outside a cemetery.
