Ensuring environmental sustainability for Middle Arm sustainable development precinct

Over 500 local businesses who produce emissions in Greater Darwin are invited to contribute in the development of an airshed model for the Greater Darwin region as part of air quality management planning.

The model one of the milestones to transform Middle Arm into a globally competitive, sustainable precinct is considered to be leading edge for understanding cumulative air emission effects.  It is a requirement of environmental approvals for the Middle Arm Sustainable Development Precinct.

Engaging with stakeholders and industry is critical to ensure a sustainable fit-for-purpose environment ready for emerging low-emission industries.
